Deer Park High School Baseball Playoff Game
The second round of playoffs for DPHS Baseball is 7:00 pm this Friday (5/11) at home against Kempner. It's "White Out" night and they are asking everyone to wear white. This is a best of three series. The second game will be Saturday at 1:00 pm at Alvin High School (802 S Johnson, Alvin, the field is on Staduim Dr off of S. Johnson).
If needed, the third game will follow. Go Deer Park Baseball!!
DPYBA Annual Meeting
The annual meeting will be Monday, May 14th at 7:30 pm in the field house.
2012-2013 DPYBA Board Elections
It is time for the annual DPYBA Board Election. Anyone interested in becoming a DPYBA Board Member needs to e-mail their name and position of interest to Jimmy Reynolds at jdreynolds@sbcglobal.net on or before May 15. Anyone who is a current member of DPYBA may run for a board position. The election will be held at the DPYBA complex during the play-offs beginning May 21 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The election will conclude on May 24 at 8:00 pm. Every current member of DPYBA will receive one vote per child registered in the current Spring league. The new board will take over beginning July 1. Field Use
Fields are for the use of DPYBA Teams only. Teams that are not DPYBA Teams will be asked to leave. Teams using the fields for practice and play are responsible for raking, watering the in-field, and maintaining fields. Teams are also expected to keep the fields, dug-outs, and grounds free from trash. Please contact Josh Ramirez at (832)423-4164 to schedule field use.
DPYBA Board Meetings
Board Meetings are held the 2nd Monday each month at 6:30 pm.
Skateboards, Bicycles, and Ripsticks at DPYBA Fields
For safety reason, skateboards, bicycles, ripsticks, etc.. will not be allowed inside the DPYBA complex.
Concessions Manager Parking
Please do not park in the spot designated for the Concessions Manager. The manager needs this spot to unload supplies. She also needs to be able to leave at different times during the evening to pick up additional supplies.
